2. When will I be charged for my booking?
This can vary depending on the hotel and the time of year you are booking. Please pay close attention to the Booking Information and Terms & Conditions provided at the time of booking.
3. What do I need to check in at the hotel?
It's always a good idea to bring your Lakpura Reservation Number. Reservation Number are provided after booking.
In the event that you forgotten to carry your voucher with you, the hotel will have your name on file. If you experience any problems during check-in, please call Lakpura's Customer Support at +94 11 573 6000
4. What should I do if I missed my hotel check-in deadline due to a cancelled flight?

5. Can I make a hotel booking for someone else?
When entering "Guest Information" be sure to use the name of the person who will be travelling. Then, input your details in "Billing Information".
6. What credit or debit cards can I use for hotel bookings?
Accepted credit cards are listed as options when you are about to make your payment. In general, all major credit cards are accepted. If you have additional questions, prefer to fax or call in your card details, or would like to use a card that is not listed, please call Customer Care on +94 11 573 6000
7. Can I cancel my group hotel booking online?
For group bookings, including changes and cancellations, please call +94 11 573 6000.
8. Why are all your Hotels prepaid?
Prepaid reservations allow hotels to extend their deepest discounts. By prepaying your reservation you are assured that the rate paid is secured and that you will not be subject to room rate increases.
The hotel room is charged to your credit card at the time of the booking. Hotels typically collect payment information separately for incidentals such as mini bar, movies and phone calls. Cancellation terms and fees apply to prepaid bookings.
9. If I check out early on a reservation, can I obtain a refund for the nights I did not stay?
Upon arrival and check-in at a hotel, you are responsible for consuming the entire length of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued for any nights reserved, but not consumed.
9. Explain RO, BB, HB, FB, AI?
RO - This stands for "Room Only". You can expect a room without any meals to be provided.
BB (or B&B) - This stands for "Bed and Breakfast". You can expect a room, plus a breakfast in the morning. Drinks are not included.
HB - This stands for "Half Board". You can expect a room, plus a breakfast in the morning and usually an evening meal. Drinks are not included. A few hotels will allow you to substitue the evening meal for a midday meal in the form of a packed lunch, but this is unusual. Please check with the individual hotel if you require this.
FB - This stands for "Full Board". You can expect a room, plus the three main meals of the day to be provided. Drinks are not included.
AI - This stands for "All Inclusive". You can expect a room, plus the three main meals of the day to be provided. Drinks are included, but the drinks offered will vary depending on the hotel.
